you might want to try trackir4 or 5.
you can pan around with your head in realtime, tha´s what I use now.

You were in leveled flight but the indicators were on it's side.
Just pause it and you will see it.

These are the original sounds from the 747 cockpit and in flightsimulator these sounds are from PMDG (the producer of the plane for FSX
