I'm being honest with myself here - I hate my fat. I think it's ugly, and it makes me insecure. And I can't see how being fat is actually healthy in any way.
But that's not really based on anything that I can prove, just what I've heard from professionals.
That being said, I see the beauty in you. I also see the beauty in Jake Gyllenhaal (kinda got a crush xD). Thin and fat, to me, can be beautiful. My goal, I think, is to see that in myself.
