  • What episode is this? I know it's a christmas special but i'd like to know what episode number and what season if there was more than one.

  • I spy with my little pie!

  • who understood the second one immediately?

  • @TheMrwazzy not you!

  • i love Frank Spencer, i cud do his impression it makes my mum laugh so much

  • My God, this character is ADORABLE. Frank reminds me a bit of Hugh Laurie's Bertie Wooster. X3 (Except, somehow, more bumbling.)

  • Love all these comments about the fact he should be in Wicked- just saw him in Wizard of Oz the other day, awesomeee :) Prefer it to Wicked as well

  • Love all these comments about the fact he should be in Wicked- just saw him in Wizard of Oz the other day, awesomeee :)

  • i hate that laughs...

  • he's too cute to look at/touch inappropriately. how anyone could have a child with him is beyond me - he's just a child himself. ADORABLE :']

  • 1:22 " daddy will show you his 'impressionations' ". *babys scared/shocked face* LOL!!!

  • Lee Evans is so much like him! :D

  • @amyyyy01 nah, michaels better

  • @RossLeeTV Michael is frank spencer

  • I ''grew up'' with MC as Frank! MY fav has to be the Scottish dancing one.At the time,it caused a LOT of excitement because the ending was unexpected - MC not wearing anything under the kilt!If anyones seen that one,the reactions by the extras are totally REAL,inc Michelle Dotrice!!! I also agree with prev comment about his interaction with ''Jessica'' - hes so sweet.I love also the one where hes trying to make her eat''going in the tunnel'' - he looks like hes going to throw up!!Love him!!!

  • Deep sadness underlies great comedy. Crawford's marriage had ended just prior to his taking this role. The loss of his 2 little girls in the process adds poignancy when he tells Jessica what they'll do together as she grows up. Fine acting.

  • I know Frank spencer is such an idiot, but in a way I think he makes such a good dad :D

  • Does anyone have a clip when Frank is singing a lullaby to jessica

  • @ACNC1

Hi put this in youtube and it will come up with the song for you take care

Some Mothers Do Ave Em - S3-1-Moving House Part 4

  • lol my dad was like this with me when i was little

  • Jessica: *gargle*

    Frank: Pardon?

    I'm sure that was improvised!

  • I love Frank Spencer. I love the scene were he's feeding baby Jessica.

  • Michael Crawford's so cute!! It's hard to believe that this guy played the Phantom!!

  • "i spy with my lidda eye" :D

  • 38sec haha ooooohhhhh

  • Jessica was 'born' on 27th December 1973, her real name Jessica Forte.

Many of the scenes with the baby were filmed in her real home, so as not to cause distress to the 'young actress'.

  • The expression on baby Jessica's face at 1:29 is priceless. XD

  • Michael is so funny XD

  • Jessica must be 30 now lol

  • Frank spencer is a laughing orgy lmao

    He's the greatest

  • Should Michael's next role be in Wicked??

    Thumbs up if agree!

I swear he would be fantastic in that!

  • Yeah.I would love to see him in Wicked. He would be the best Wizard since Joel Grey!

  • @boffinme80 Michael Crawford= An EXCELLENT Wizard! Sarah Brightman for G(a)linda too!!! I'll pay a lot of money if Michael and Sarah reunite for Wicked. They'll sell A LOT of tickets! Michael and his dark and emotional Phantom voice matches the Wizard Perfectly and I bet even Sarah could be the funniest Glinda in the West End ever!! That's grab the attention of the West End Phans in London to see Wicked!

Wish The Wizard's vocal range was Tenor and Baritone...

  • @BearcatWizard Sarah doesn't really do it for Glinda. She was great as Christine Daae but I cannot see her as Glinda. Not really bubbly enough.

Michael I can definetely see as the wizard with the passion in his voice.

  • @boffinme80 i could imagine him doin that but as galinda (glinda) hehe maybe

  • @boffinme80 yeah, i would love him to be the wizard seeing he is the wizard in the wizard of oz at the palladium, but that would be great seeing him perform wonderful, and even Dr Dilomond, he could pall that off, its just a shame he is ill cuz he has an illness that pulled him away from las vagas, i don't know what it is exactly but never the less he still fights on and performs im so glade we have Micheal back in the west end, he is a true icon, no-one can beat him i don't think.

    :)

  • I agree! Michael should play the Wizaed in Wicked! He would be sooooooooo awesome! Love you Michael.

  • Thank you for agreeing Colin XD

Also, he would have been PERFECT for Caractacus in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!!

    Or maybe in Mary Poppins!

  • I'd give ANYTHING to have Michael as my dad! :D Or Frank Spencer for that matter!

He is such a fantastic actor! You would never know the whole difference with himas Frank, Phantom of the Opera, Cornelius on Once a Forest and so on!

He's also done things on Disney as well! XD

What more can you want from him?

He should play the wizard in Wicked! I would LOVE to see him do that!

  • you and me both!

  • Michael is very sweet with children. He's so adorable.

  • hes funny

  • michael crawford is brilliant! love this one

  • franks a classic

  • Frank spencer = legend :D

  • waaa how cute.. *-*

    <33

  • frankie boy is a scream!...lol

  • 'Predictably crazy results'? Who writes these synopses? This is actually an example of Frank being a good father, expressing his hopes and dreams for their future, something that made the character very likeable. I confess, my impressions are about as up to date as Frank's!

  • i love his acting his opera singing in the phantom of the opera and the was he did most of his own stunts

  • i would love to have frank as a dad

    u would never be bored

    lol

    frank is brilliant

    michael crawford is fantastic!

it's still hard knowing it was him behind the mask.

  • And he did get a dog Columbo!

  • wish these were still played on bbc every now and then on weekends or something instead of all these tasteless reality shows

  • Ohh Naughty dog hahaha

One of the best comedy programmes ever

  • I absolutely love this. Haha, Michael Crawford is one of my all-time favourite comedians and performers. Who knew that Frank Spencer would become the fantastic voice behind the mask

  • Its the phantom!

  • That's so cute :)

  • He hasn't changed a bit has he?

  • lol "now the dogs walkin over to the tree.. oooh! lol i love that bit

  • I love Michael <3

  • Classic

  • the britsh have the best comedys and thrillers

  • Impressinations! what a funny guy. LOL... I really love this man. he'll always be my PHANTOM. thanks for this

  • No , Jessica is not his daughter. She is the daughter of one of the crew members. He has two daughters, Emma and Lucy, both a few years older than Jessica. Emma was born in '66 and Lucy in '68. This show aired in '73, '74 and '78. He also has another daughter from an affair he had before he married. She was born in '65 but the court order is that neither he or her mother ever speak about it. The daughter wishes to remain annonymous.

  • were did u hear this, because it isnt mentioned in his autobiography, and i dont think i believe that. :S

  • He does mention 'a child maintenance and breach of promise case' on pg. 90 & 91 of his book. But the London birth and marriage records show that his daughter Angelique Simone was born on Dec. 8, 1965 to his long term girlfriend Patricia Mansell. Within two weeks he married Gabrielle.

  • on pages 90 & 91 it talks about his relationship with Den his step father after his mothers death etc. u do mean "parcel arrived safely: tied with string"?.

  • Yes. I have the hardbound copy which is different from the paperback. I will quote it exactly: "It was about this time that I had a child maintenance and breach of promise case brought against me. Both were settled and a court order was agreed to by both parties not to talk or reveal details. Without breaching that order I would just like to say that the child has grown into a very special young person who chooses privacy." This was in the chapter that spoke of 'The Knack"

  • you win :D! good to see a fan of old mc though :D he is amazing

  • Beyond amazing! Have you ever seen him in concert? He truly gives his 'ALL' for his fans!! And he always has time for an autograph and a kind word! I have been a fan since Hello Dolly, and unlike most I love EVERYTHING he does. Even the so-called flops! One of his characters that I think he does brilliantly is Dave Finn in 'Chalk and Cheese'. And in this I think I stand alone. But even if the vehicle is weak, Michael is always terrific!!

  • iv been a massive fan of him for a long time....no i've never seen him live, he doesnt often tour britian any more. my mum went 2 see him in phantom of the opera when she was pregnant with me an apparently i didnt stop kickin all the way through! :D i havent watched chalk and cheese b4 i've heard about it but i dont no were 2 find it! ye i love all his work, im proud he is british :D

  • Is Jessica his real daughter?? When he was on the "Tonight Show" he said that he has a daughter.

  • Impressinations.....genius!!!

  • he is so cute. i love this show, its soooooooo funny.
