@lucaddragon There shouldn't be any problem with our videos, but it's possible that either youtube or your internet connection are to blame and are slowing things down. I would recommend opening the video and then pausing it, leaving the window open for 15 minutes, and then try pressing play. Let me know if that works out for you.
Hi Julia, I don't know what is the problem - I think it's from the YouTube side, beacuse my connection is working fine. The thing is that other videos are playing well, while others do the same as this one - stop at the 16th second.
If you manage to find the problem, kindly let me know. If the video will play successfully, I will let you know as well.
@lucaddragon Hi Luca, I'm sorry that you are having these issues! From our end, there isn't anything that we did differently to this video than the others, so we really have no way of diagnosing the problem. Hopefully it will eventually work itself out.
