Reshiram's cheated. It's shiny, altough the game is programmed to not include a shiny Reshiram. With other words: Nobody can catch a shiny Reshiram or Zekrom (unless it's cheated).

If you have 1 layer of Toxic Spikes, it inflicts normal poison. However, if you have 2 layers, it inflicts Badly poisoned damage which means the damage from the poison increases every turn. Like what Toxic does but when you have two layers, you don't have to use Toxic because the spikes will do the work for you.
