Thanks for the feedback everyone. PrinceKingRac3, I used a Roland RD-700SX string sound for the video. It's a terrific keyboard with a lot of great piano, e. piano, and organ sounds besides the string sounds. Brooklynmusic, sadly I don't know the exact chord names - they are very unique chord inversions (Prince is a genius) that I sounded out by ear. Watch my hand positions to view the exact fingerings for each chord.
firstly. I want to let you know I do appreciate the time and effort you put into posting this video. i think people who take the time to do this are incredible and necessary. Only one other point. Is it possible that we could know what the chords are and maybe the fingering? As I said. Overall. Thank you and a very good job. I enjoyed this one.
@MrButtawitz Actually, a lot if not all the string arrangements on Princes work are by Clare Fischer... same guy who previously worked with Rufus & Chaka Khan..
