I had a collie that lived to 12 years of age check out my video on him. We got him from a breeder at 14 weeks and really miss him now. He lived till 12 and we really would love to adopted another one. Rescue sounds like a great way to go. We have a yellow lab 9 months old now but are thinking of adopting a collie.. They are such sweet dogs!! Mine hated water but I see yours likes it..
