hey theres very little info on this place, is it open to the public?

@scrambleralan Not so much. I've heard several reasons why. The last reason I heard was that part of it was on park property.

@scrambleralan Mountaineer Off Road does a few events and rides a year. Google them and I'm sure you can find their website. I'm sure they can tell you plenty of places to go.
