I just want to say a couple things here. Deftones self titled album has so many mixed reviews, like a love it or hate it album. To me.. i absolutely love it. It's one of there most emotional albums ever recorded. When us as humans are emotional we can be complete assholes. Or we can be very vulnerable and lonesome. When i listen to this i feel the rage, power and the anger. Yet underneath all that anger is sadness, mourning and pain. That is why i love this album so much.

I like different types of music, if I say i don't know if I like a genre, it's because I haven't heard much. I also listen to screamo bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria and Suicide Silence. I like them, but they just try to make their voice sound evil. Deftones doesn't, Deftones uses the screams in a way it sounds beautiful. Usually, I thought screamo could only be good for showing off anger, but then I heard Deftones, and they don't. This band is amazing. Period.

The talent that music radiates naturally draws in. I'm sure Deftones will do the same.
