  • Good advice only because you didn't connected this concept with another commercial product for fitness.

  • You are fat. Why would people take advice from your on how to lose body fat, when you have a significant amount on your own body. Is it because you tack on Dr in front of your name?

  • @nextenjoiskater you're doing way too much. you'll burn youself out on that programme. do 4 days weights and two days jogging or 3 days weights and 3 days jogging as a MAXIMUM. Jogging's not really the best cardio anyway; try hill sprints (or sand sprints as in the video above) instead.

    I'm doing a semi- raw food diet (80% raw veggie, 20% meat) and it's been working for 2months now. And, I barely exercise even thou i should xD...

  • Some cardio is always good. How much depends on the individual and their goals. There's no simply "do this much" formula.
