  • I could do this... if i wasn't sitting in front of my computer drinking beer and eating oreos.

  • Went to ait wit him..never knew

  • Why do Americans turn everything into a competition. All the history and respect has been taking out of Martial arts and replaced with a stage and what seems to be a playlist straight out of a night club.

  • That's freaking awesome

  • Lol. This Looks Like FUN!

  • what s up with the screaming

  • i went to basic with this guy and in ait with him now, you should see him do his fire shows! he was doin a backflip while breathing fire it was awesome!

  • he used to live right down the street from me years ago and i went to school with him. never knew he was gonna be this good!

  • haha my brother is at basic training with this guy

  • BREAKING POINT!!!!

  • This would be better if the Sklar brothers were making fun of it.

  • I in a breaking demo I gave a 20 pound sledge hammer to several mans for them to break the 2X4 solid wood I was to break and all three mans failed even know they hit the wood with all their powers yet they couldn't break it. Then it was my turn and when I broke the wood with a single "Hammer Punch" every body stood in a state of shock. Breaking bricks, cinder blocks and those 1" boards I can break 30 with one single super power fist punch.

  • Any body with several years of training and hand conditioning can easily break bricks and those one inch boards but tell them if they can break SOLID two by four inch thick wood and they all tremble. Why? Because solid wood is moisture inside and its EXTREMELY hard to break...but I can! Even the world famous Maurice Emelam told me that am one of the strongest man he ever knew who can do such breaking. My name is Nelson E. Lee Torres.

  • those last three were paper thin

  • where did you learn your acrobatics? you are very good and acurate with your breaks few of the boys(and lady) from here competed with you guys last year in orlando..there is a vid on u tube here an u do an elbow break of bout 5-6 kerb sets but looks like they were broke b4 u hit them cause it was effortless with no power behind it?? man i think ur very good just looks bit dodge an if its any concellation i think u should have won t last year but i'm not tryin to blow smoke up ur backside here.=)

  • yeah boys..... O.o

  • damn i was just watching him right now in ESPN2 and he amazed me!!! some mad skills man. i mean he has HOPS!!! plus with those hops... he can break a wood still... DAMN man im impressed.

  • No offense to you, but I'm pretty sure there is someone who can break ONE board that high with a tornado kick.

  • Mitt that is amazing. Good luck this year in your competition

  • Dayummmm son you are quite incredible! lol that stuff is amazing but man that elbow would kill a man coming down on someones head. Props man, mad props!

  • Mitt is in no way over-hyped. Congrats, Mitt! I'm tryin to make my way back there!

  • this guy is crazy

  • The one announcer is hard over this guy. Yes he's good, but the jump kick he does over the bricks he tried to elbow. The announcer says that he would have broken the other brick if his holder did a better job. Mitt kicked way to high. He's good but he's hyped.

  • I guess you've got to cut me a bit of slack since I was performing my routine with a severe laceration on the ball of my right foot, which i injured on the first station of my routine. It makes it a bit more difficult to jump, flip, spin, kick, etc. when the bottom of your foot is gushing blood, and i did have to go to the ER immediately after the interview and emerged with 7 stitches.

  • what's your martial arts?

  • With all that aside I wasn't happy with my routine at all this year. Many things did not go off as planned (on and off the stage), and I was actually surprised when I won again. Next year will be leaps and bounds better though. Just wait and see C=

  • Mitt I am in no way saying that your technique is bad. I do think you are very good, but the announcers hype you up too much. Thats not your fault though. I respect the ability and ingenuity you bring to your events. Best of luck in all you do.

  • Mitt has earned his hype. See, I know what his routine was gonna be before a few things went wrong and if you had seen it, you would have agreed with the announcers. Best of wishes to Master Mitt, Jie Yen Yen sir.
