A great maestro, who is not nearly as well known as he should be. Many thanks for posting this treasure! Matacic's recordings of the Beethoven Symphony No. 3, "Eroica," Leonacavllo's I PAGLIACCI and Puccini's LA FANCIULLA DEL WEST are among my favorite recordings of those works.
