Why they wouldn't stop and let the women cross the road as she was at the crossing? Oh by the way, is this video utilised the D200's timelapse feature or D200 can capture video?

The D200 is a still digital camera and cannot capture video, I shot this in continuous mode- just kept my finger pressed down on the shutter button.
