Butch basically does what a number of fathers do: provide a lot of structure and discipline for his sons. There's nothing white about it. LOL! That's the crap they give you at the unemployment office here in Texas . You are coming in already degreed, already a long job history and those people will have you do "job training skills classes" then send you to apply at Taco Bell. Who can feed a family on Taco Bell? They have many excuses when you are black for not hiring you. They are still saying the same crap about education, we're already educated. Did you know if there bad situation an individual going through from the white community in this world it would be controversial news. When the white world need help especially their issues would be solved immediately especially for times of hardness such as unemployment or loss of job. But for a dark skin Black person especially men are not lazy, nor untidy or aggressive but willing to work. In countries like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Germany and Greece if you are a Black person, you will go through similar things. Discrimination, especially in Scandinavian countries.

I don't understand why Blacks in American are talking about racism there, while they could be in worse situation in Scandinavia and other closed European societies. Racism in Scandinavia is worse than in America and lots of Danes, Norwegians and Swedes use the N-word a lot on Blacks and if you are an immigrant in those countries, you will not be accepted for a job, no matter what.

Corey's story is so similar to many others here in New York City and abroad i my self have two children as well and i know what it's like to struggle to provide for them i don't have any felonies on my record only a high school diploma with no college degree so one can only imagine how tuff it is to find work although i have friends and family relatives who have degrees and still struggle to find work and take care of themselves and people wonder why some turn to selling drugs to feed they kids
