I cannot decide between the exps3-0 or the exps 3-4. I plan on using a 3x magnifier. my fear is that at medium to close range with the magnifier flipped to the side all those dots will cover my target.
i could just hold high when using the magnifier with a single dot, however the dots would be helpful. this would be short/ medium range optics setup i will have a scope for far away targets. I want to be as close to sure about this before i dump $600 at a sight i have not even seen...... Any ideas or sugestions would be welcome. Thank you.

Also, do you know if that 7mm riser on the G23 and EXPS models can be removed?

Nice table top. Couple of errors though that I'd just like to point out for anyone interested in these sights: XPS -Absolute cowitness EXPS -Lower 1/3 cowitness -Throw lever 2 -No NV -Waterproof to 10ft 3 -NV -Waterproof to 33ft -0 = 65 + 1 MOA reticule -1 = 1 MOA dot -2 = 65 + 2 MOA reticule -4 = 65 + 4 MOA reticule XPS2 offers 0,1,2 patterns plus SAGE and FN less lethal XPS3 offers 0,1,2 patterns EXPS2 offers just 0 pattern EXPS3 offers 0,1,2,4 patterns
Your review was the deciding factor for me to purchase this sight. With all of the recent shooting to civilians/Chicago Police officers, a holographic sight is a must while I'm on duty.Thanks again for your review.My EXPS3-4 should be here in the next 2 days can't wait.Stay safe :-)
hahaha my aimpoint m4s will run for 50,000hrs on a AA.., these are cool sihts too though., bushnell is originally the one who came up with this type of sight., eotech bought the rights/patents for these type of sights..
@fisherdigital trijies are almost double what eotechs cost, but with the multiplier its only about 400 difference but the eotech is still a holographic sight at the end of the the day not a fixed 4.
Is there a way to remove the 7mm riser from the magnifier and the EXPS2?

@eyanvenom I haven't tried it. I am using a Leopould 1.5-5x28mm scope as my magnifier...and it works!!
