Very nice. I worked the transition for this race (swim/bike) and was an underwater rescue diver for the 2011 race. I then went back to our condo after my volunteer work was done and watched the marathon in front of Nah Ha condos.

I did it in 16.5 hr!...I have to say that after mile 8 I did not enjoy it and had no so happy thoughts...it takes a lot of time and as mom of 3, PT and student of a ScD degree is tough...maybe when I am done with my Doc...but yes...the human always wants more!
How did your Ironman go? Congratulations on signing up, training, and towing the line on race day. That alone is an accomplishment. Hope you had a great time. Are you hooked to Iron distance now?
