this was a great show. I found out about your band when i saw the donation card at a supermarket, and so i decided to research your program and determine whether it was worth donating to, lol. I'm the Drum Major of a smaller band from Northern Virginia and watching bands as big as this is always fun. I am particularly impressed with the attention to detail as far as the matching posture of each individual in the ensemble. the horn angles and discipline are excellent! keep up the good work!
Not bad Wando. I have to be honest and say that I wasn't impressed with really any of the SC marching bands this particular year. Musically, the SC bands didn't seem as strong overall, and the marching was just so-so for me. It reflected in many of the scores that year as well (Wando only had a 94 point something at 5A State, and they were the top band that year in 5A competition). It'll be interesting to see how things turned out this year (2010).

yeah the quads have small snares where the shot drum usually is on the tenors...this band is HUGE btw..
