You missed a bullets pack in the cemetery in the area where you met the second Smoke/Fog thing; but your walkthrough is excellent, I like to watch it before playing to avoid bad surprises, so thanks! :D

If you're talking about real world it's yes, but on this game, no lol. Plus the Circular Chainsaw isn't really on the story of this game that's why. Alex doesn't have it on the first place, it's just a secret weapon for fun.

lol you can get that once you got to the Silent Hill where you need to get the Axe to get on the Grand Hotel.
