I was 8yrs old when robotech 1st came out. Robotech like no other cartoon/anime had strong feelings with tear dropping episodes. Alot of characters lost their lives. Robotech would dominate all other cartoons such as GI JOE, Transformers, and GOBOTS. This brings back so many memories. I enjoyed macross saga and seen all 36 episodes.

I like Minmay in Macross. Loved her in DYRL. WORSHIP her in Flash Back. But not with Hikaru. He was just a passing fancy for her. She loved her songs. Her career. Hikaru knew this. She needed to re-find herself. Hikaru needed to let her go in Runner.

I felt it was unfair for Misa, how the closing lines was how he COULDN'T be with Minmay rather than how he loved Misa... DRYL kind of fixed this. <3

I really loved the macross saga. I remember when i was a kid things like GI joe and transformers were on. They were pretty good, but robotech blew my mind. Out of the 30 or so main characters that started out like 25 of them died by the end of the FIRST series. They had themes like love and loss. Moral themes. It was so different then the american ones. I was totally hooked. This song brings back memories of that feeling.
