The guitarist is John Tropea. Good solo and also good comping. It's on album "Deodato. 2" (a previously inuissed track, published only on cd). There's another cover with the same solist on guitar on "Concert /Live At Felt Forum" (with a largest orchestra).

In fact, it's not "Do it fluid" but the cover of Steely Dan's "Do it again" (wrote by Walter Becker & Donald Fagen). Hubert Laws is on flute and John Tropea on guitar.
