@Fadur2 The fire is not really intentional. It is a result of the high heat and the liquid causing the oil to splatter which carries the flame to the wok. With over a 100,000 BTU, a lot can catch on fire. :)
@jdb6272 ok man thank you very much for the answer but i guess i'm a real newbie with wokking!!! I just bought a good wok but i have to buy a special wok gasfire because my fire ain't enough to wok real good so maybe that's why i'll never have that fire!
why and how do they make that big fire in the beginning?
