@MissPoodlePants Hate to say it but 0010joseph is probably right. You don't need a bullseye rash, or indeed ANY rash. You have the symptoms, you know you got bitten. My advice: don't mention the panic disorder or your MD may think you are being hypochondriacal. Get it treated now! If you didn't already have it, the Lyme will manifest symptoms of panic disorder!
I am now being treated by a LLMD for chronic Lyme that I've had since 1995, but was misdiagnosed until 2008! Thank you for your inspirational video! Rebecca from Mississippi!

Simple case. If you are complicated not a doctor I would personally chose. Had to call his office back to find out that he decided hew would not see me. Cushy Job to cherry pick your cases.

@TheMawasi i agree - Rick was VERY lucky he only wnet for 1 1/2 yrs undiagnosed - try 5, 10 or more yrs. MANY docs hand pick their patients - bc they want positive outcomes and the chances of that happening w/ patients who have been sick for a yr or two is MUCH greater. sad situation overall. hope you found another doc to help you. take care!!
Since getting lymes I got a grinding knee, creaking joints, it has upset me greatly, when origionally I was running happily thru a tick infested area and had lost lots of weight and felt like I got my life back. I have found on diagnose me dot com horsetail grass for lymes disease and memory loss. Now silica is in all the places lymes attacks, i.e. eye, cartilage, connective tissues, heart, what if silica is depleted or kills spirochetes like Pasteur mentioned something about removing disease.
@Catherine8raw LymeMD.org is staffed by volunteers with no medical training; consequently, we are unable answer medical questions or to offer medical advice.
my knee randomly starting getting arthrits so ive been going to physical therapy. a month or two ago my body started having these painful pin like sinsations all over my body.. in the last week ive had 3 sore throats that came up and went away.. i recently have a rash on my neck that i got last night. i just turned 18 and my doctor thinks its not lyme disease so i didnt get tested but i feel so scared and i dont know what to do.do these sound like the right symptons? i live in connecticut

Because of the potential of violating HIPPA rules, we cannot comment on treatment plans and protocols. We do appreciate, however, your interest and comment.
Lyme disease sucks. I got bit by somthing not sure, but I got wierd round rashes that were spreading. I wonder if even if you get treatment, if it can worsen preexistant arthritis.
Thank you God for this doctor, but the most painful i heard HIM say was that he figured out the puzzle including the misdiagnoses and the denying of the patient having Lyme disease; it is one of the symptoms we all suffer ah? Symptoms: misdiagnosed and dismissed and neglected? Very happy for this "young" man being healed! I was like him, the age and athletic and when for first time in my life I gained 30 pounds the doctors said it was my age! LYME! So, what was the treatment you got?
manualhipano, Thank you for the note. I removed my vomment here, because the LDN caused my hair to start falling out. I stopped it. I hate to even mention anything new, in case it does not help. But, ther eis an interesting mention on the Canadian Lyme Disease site, about low spectrum Penicillan. And how Doxy and others kill too much needed bacterias. I may try it, but right now, working on re-builiding my immune system. No sugars, including fruit. Take care all. Be well. :)
Hey guys....PLEASE register at the Oprah Winfrey website and let her know how much you would like to see her do a show on Lyme disease. Dr. Oz thinks the "UNDER OUR SKIN" documentary is wonderful but a show about Lyme won't be done unless she sees lots of interest. Request that LLMDS and patients be the guests so that we can be heard. Also, Daryl Hall would make a great guest. OPRAH needs to hear about YOUR experience with Lyme disease. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER !
You were lucky to get lyme test when you did. I was refused test for over five years, I went through so many doctors. ER's Specialist even disability Doctor. It is so sad too many doctors want to wait until you die before they even test you when you have symptoms. It is good you found a doctor who had a clue, so many don't.. I am lucky to be alive because of nurse who ran test. Doctors just don't want to touch it when they screw up and miss it.
Yes, congrats on your recovery. I have had Lyme at least 10 years and been in treatment w/an LLMD for almost 3 years and hardly progressed. Also, the LD test is unreliable & not diagnostic you are very LUCKY your test was positive and most tests are false negatives. Neglected here - people need to be tested for co-infections, other bacteria that ticks carry. Lyme will not go away until the co-infections are treated & get tested through a reliable lab like Igenex for these tests.
Congratulations Rick on your outcome of this horrible disease and also that your found such a literate Lyme doctor. Here in KY, doctors deny LD even with the presence of a tick & rash and all 30 + symptoms. I know because they hung me out for 14 years and I went to many doctors and was only able to get one doctor give me on & off treatments to slow down the progression from time to time, all the others would only treat for different types of arthritis (That Failed) & ignore the other symptoms.
Narrowed it down to, just the juicing of veggies, salad, chicken, salmon and water. An egg and toast for breakfast. Finally getting results. Caring for myself now. After five months of being bedridden, being tired is nothing. Putting this bugger into remission. NO FRUIT! No sugar of any kind. It's the biggest thing to set you back. Try it. My best.
I was not able to take the drugs which caused chest pains and made my symptoms worsen. I hear about Herxing, but I stopped. I have begun living on fish, taking some ionic silver by Invision International and drinking Ultimate Meal, Snergy Green drink, Nature's First Food and Health Force Spirulina. Some supplements. This is the first time that I have gone beyond the plateau of feeling so ill, totally unabel to care for myself. I have been eating Salmon and veggies daily. No sugars or fruit.

No doubt.
Fortunately for myself I've been using the buhner protocol for the last 3 months with great success. His book 'Healing Lyme' is a blessing to me.
Hope that every Lymie gets a chance to at least read it.

@canefan17 What is the buhner protocol? Is it samanto/teasel etc.... hot baths

Probably. He sounds out of breath, AB poisons you, blocks the oxygen to your bodycells.
