Hi there. Two tea spoon of ferric chloride with 30ml of water can etch a PCB size of 5cm X 10cm in less than 10 mins. Hope this is useful to you. Cheers.

Might a bubble tank not be easier and more efficient? With a small fish tank pump you should be able to knock one up. Maybe even a pond pump.

Do you heat the ferric chloride? Or is it just at room temperature?

hi i made something like this, but smaller.
i used a pyrex rectangular bowl, and a heater(a long spiral on a pcb) under it.
works great!
