Did Prof. Susskind make an error at 0:59:35? Shouldn't it here also be an elliptical polarization with a time-varying eccentricity instead of a rotation of linear polarization? Just similar to starting the photon circularly polarized. Actually the choice of alpha(0) and beta(0) doesn't matter much.
Could Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle be the same uncertainty that the observer will have with any future event? Could time and the geometry of spacetime be continuously formed by the momentum of EMR or light form one atom to another? Time would then be formed by the wave function giving each new photon a discrete position in space and time.
