Yo, Ricky was thug and even though he appeared not be able to handle it, at all, he handled it! in the kitchen, at crunch time! Even Ramsey said so! Even tho it was like a jail house cafeteria, he still produced when it came down to the wire! I suggest watching the whole episode! Too bad the place was sold. Ricky went from zero to hero.
