have you ever tried typing long messages on a on-screen keyboard? then you will know how annoying these ones are and long for a normal keyboard!

It's far and away the better option over Safari. I mean every version of Opera compared to every Version of Safari. The only thing Safari's got over Opera right now is the optional WebKit, which allows the browser to use CSS3. Fortunately, the next version of Opera, Opera 10, will support CSS3 making WebKit useless.
