I'm too surprised they cancelled the 4x. Do you ride? Becuase I was watching (on freecaster tv) the racing and the conditions looked pretty bad. When your pumping up to a jump that boggy mud is just going to ruin everything and make jumping near impossible. It would be too dangerous.
It's fine with the DH, becuase you've got the speed to clear it plus they won't be pedalling so hard.
