It's bizarre to hear them talking about 'topping themselves' at 17:45 because in the UK to 'top yourself' is a euphemism for committing suicide. As in, to say 'she topped herself' means 'she killed herself'.

Notice the pregnant pause at 28:25 . She was trying to think of how to state what they did after the Academy Awards. She says they looked at "photography books." lol. In a recently released interview with Michael Jackson, he says that after the awards they went back to her place and she said to him, "I like spanky books." She was on the verge of creating the "Sex" book and was trying to turn Michael Jackson on to her new interest in S&M, which repelled him. Likely why the collaboration failed.

I think the best part of Truth or Dare was going to her mother's grave. That showed Madonna she is just as human and we are, she hurts, and does have feelings, and has lost someone important in her life.
