Really good performance by lot of practice. I would like to share some reality with total nutral approach.

1) Mer / Maher caste is belog to "Ghed" area ( presently major part of Porbandar district & little part of Jamnagar & Junagadh districts

2) Mer / Maher caste is not belongs to any caste or sub caste of Rajputs.

3) As per Indian old history which is written & maintain specially by 1 unique caste named Barot / Vahivancha Barot, says since many years, that...

there are 36 "Vansh" ( Sub Caste ) in Rajput Caste.

4) Not any Vansh has name or not any sirname is like Mer / Maher.

5) I have lot of respect & proud for all caste of my native called Saurastra

( presently districts are : Jamnagar, Porbandar, Junagadh, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Surendranagar & Amareli ).

6) on the base of my little but true information, i would like to share some reality here for our current generation's net savvy + history lovers.

7) Not even Rajput / Kshatriya / Darbar only caste is brave, there are many graet soilders / persons create history with their blood, in their time.

8) There are Kathi, Maher / Mer, Rabari, Aahir, Khavas, Brahman, Koli, Vagher .... and many. We can say that in this land ( Bhumi ), Water & Air are always full of Courage, Royalness, Humanity, Loyalty, Norms, Values & many more.....

9) One interesting story I would like to add here more is : Before few centuries there were Battle between 2 Rajputana states, Jamnagar & Porbandar. In that battle, some 5 villages's solders ( of Mer / Maher caste ) fight in the favor of Jamnagar State in stated of their state Porbandar. Result was Jamnagar state was won.

In celebration of wining, there are 1 mistake create by management, that. King ( Jam / Jadeja ) honored all nominated solders & all momento / prizes were finish. at that time 1 cleaver person ( Gadhavi ) indicate king, that this brave group of solders from that 5 villages are still pending in honoring. King clear his mistake suddenly & declared that he give his surname " JADEJA " as a prize to their 5 village's brave solder’s group ( which was from Mer / Maher caste. ).

Since that time Mer / Maher families of that 5 village ( one of them is famous Gang leader Late. Sarman Munja Jadeja & his wife Santokben Jadeja's village named BOKHIRA ) & other 4 are there, used their surname JADEJA.

10) It is also true like sunlight, that Mer / Maher caste is a brave caste . in present time they reach with help of Vaniya ( merchant ) community, at UK, USA, AFRICA & in many country & also settled there with sound development.

11) They also creates many this type of group ( Dandiya Group ) & perform at religious festival , Marriage etc., in many parts of India & abroad also.

12) I would like to repeat, here that, in present world, narrow mind ness is dangerous for all of all. but we all have always interest for try to Listen, Say, Read & Spread reality as much as. So I try to share some reality here.
