  • Very good tutorial, but the okay? kind of way you say it almost became an annoyance xD

  • Liked the video, put please.. Turn down the background music just a little bit! :)

  • how to sleeve a cable

  • this is pointless, a waste of effort. SATA cables are neat as is.

  • I bought some already pre made and the sleeves came out of the rubber that holds it in.. I'm so pissed off they cost me £15 per cable.. -.-

  • DUDE if here's anybody who has seen South-Park then haven't you noticed the dude says every second word OKAY,just like mrs.Garrison (the fag teacher)

  • This is very helpful,i am looking for this, what do you call that green thing and where can i buy it here in Europe?thanks

  • Are you using 1/4 in sleeving?

  • nice1 mate cheers :P

  • What do you mean Or, just for aesthetics?

  • mhhh,kay?

  • lol what up with the music in the background the whole time

  • bad sleeving quality i sleeved my SATA cable but with a better sleeving

  • ummm french accent?

  • You know I did wonder what would be the point in doing this? But then I thought ah it is a great way to save less confusion over what Sata Cables go where when you've got more than 1 Drive especially!

  • @MusicanoftheFuture

    Or, just for aesthetics

  • were can i get that sleeving from i need it, all i can find is brading. i need plastic mesh type sleeving

  • sorry, that music is annoying and disturbing

  • I don't get the idea of artificial pauses with "GodZyla the making - Pause" every now and then. That's enough for me to dislike and mcoe one...

  • Use a heat gun not a lighter lol.

  • @MADJIHAD1942 what if you don't have it? and doesn't want to go to an adventure to buy it,

  • looks good, but probably should have used a green cable to start with. unless it was intentional for the design.

  • very nice and simple tutorial, nice

  • Great video GodZyla!

  • Should cut it with a hot knife to avoid braiding on the points where u cut it.

  • Very cool! cant wait to do this to my cables!!

  • nice tips bro. thnx

  • nice job dude. nice vid. thanks :)

  • sata cabre ,,, lol,, good stuff,tnx

  • thanks 5/5

  • heatshrink tubing is strechable using needlenose pliers, 3/8 is used for Sata Cables

  • what kind of lights will i need to make them glow, i have green cold cathodes will that work?

  • you will need Cold Cathode Tube that has Back Light function.

  • how much mm is the heat sleeling that you used on the sata cable

  • if you want a nice fitting. should get 12mm rubber shrinks.. as mine are 10mm thats why needed to stretch them.

if you are talking about the actual sleeve, they are 6mm.

  • Something you could do isntead of using the lighter is the rear of the tip of a soldering iron. It works great.

  • thanks for the tip.. have tried and it works.. :P

  • @rhysdigby i like using my jet lighter more. its faster more even and you wont get the soldering iron all filled with melted plastic

  • Awesome, now I know

  • Awesome! Thanks!

  • Nice, very professional ;)

  • Very helpfull. thank you for sharing with everyone.

  • Wow, so simple, I've looking at how to do this for a while, thanks!

  • Hello, I am looking into cleaning up my case/making it look awsome at the same time. If I were to put the UV sleeves on my cables, would I need a UV light in my case for them to glow? Or would they just light up with the LED fans i have already installed.

  • Yes you will need Cold Cathod Forecent Light Tubes for those sleeve to react. they are call black light tubes, you can get it at mod shops or look for online mod shops that offer CCFL tubes.

  • Well given the absence of comments, I wanted to take a moment to make sure you were thanked for this video. I'm building my first PC and am doing my best to research and follow the instructions of experts at every step of the way. Again, thank you. Idiot proof.

  • You are most welcome, thanks for the comments and a Happy New Year to you :P
