You drop the video clips into a sequencer in a digital audio workstation with video capabilities, then build your "beat" from these clips, usually using an MPC-style drum pad.. Only thing that can take time is gathering the clip samples if you have no boundaries on where to gather samples from -- but that wasn't the case here, using 5-6 movies.
yeah I wish there was a list somewhere of the artist that's putting these together. I think they have a following and with the internet could gain a small rock star status.

I hate these new Cinemax commercials. I prefer the older ones with the commercial voiceovers.
