When the riots start, no one will be rounded up and put in Fema Camps. Those camps are for able bodied grunts that will be needed to do the dirty work. Everyone else will be shot on sight. There are not enough Fema Camps to hold the entire population of the USA. Why would the government care to feed and clothe you in a camp? To the government, you are not necessary. I love our country. I love the freedoms we have. I treasure the liberties that have been paid for in blood by those that went before us. The downside to these freedoms is an overriding culture of pervasive 'Me Firsts'. We have people trampled going into Wal Mart on black Fridays, as an example. Any survivalist culture really has to take that into account to be viable. It's a situation that will most likely exist.

I find this topic to be something that people are for some reason afraid to talk about, almost for fear of ridicule. Or, they are just too busy being a slave to their work, coming home to turn on the TV, paying bills, getting the kids ready, and repeating. You need to secure a water source first. The best tool for this job is the Katadyn Survivor 35. It allows you to pump fresh water from ANY tainted water source and is the only water filter on the market that can pump fresh water directly from the ocean.

This is why desalination and purification with a reverse osmosis membrane is BEST. Katadyn Survivor 35 is the only thing available for this purpose. Luckily eBay sells military surplus at 1/10 the original price since troop recall.

Keep walking sticks too they can help you walk greater distance. If you work where you can chain up a bike somewhere do that or leave a bike somewhere you can acess if you work in the city and commute an hour or more rent a storage shed to store a bike/parts clothes pump water etc some food camping hammock perhaps an inflatable boat if you need to cross water. I recently bought a trailer at a ys for $10 retails $250 it could serve as temp residence for long trip to get to better location.

He's saying his "country" as in a different climate/environmental situation. You would say "that farmer lives out in the country." A farmer would say "Cody lives out in desert country." So Cody saying "in my country" is the same as him saying "in my local environmental situation."

Not every State has limits on or laws against collecting rain water. The ones that do? Move out of those mini-tyrannical boundaries and into a more free state.
