this reminds of a creepy moment... i was in that german police HQ and threw a nade at a mutie. it blew up a random skeleton too and it glitched... its head got stuck in the ground and started like laughing

Haha, same thing happened to me. Liberty Prime killed a dude and he went crazy. I saw the same thing in Oblivion after killing a Mountain Lion.
