this is pretty close to death metal but just not quite. No Blast beats, vocals dont quite cut it death metal-wise, guitar is not so technical.

Good shit, i like it, but not death metal.

Blast beats, technical guitar work, and gutteral vocals aren't defining characteristics in Death Metal, may I suggest you listen to more old-school DM, those are fine examples of what I'm saying.

I gotta say, as much as I like this album, it's got a very strange sound to it. Thrash, Death, Punk, Children's song parodies,even Blues and some Faith-No-More-Esque funk.
