Uprated! I was just on vacation and was cooking our last lunch there and I thought of you and made a real video response kinda thingie for ya! Really ordinary food, wanted to use up what we had bought for the week. Apples and shallots made a nice baked pork dish. It was good the first lunch and was reheated next day for lunch after tourism. The floor in the old house was so uneven, that kitchen was wild! 500 years old! xo
LOOKS AMAZING!!! I've never really cooked with pork before, but this I really want to try this!! Sorry for being mia lately.. I've been pretty busy with school and other activities... Thanks for sharing!!!
You look great in this video, very happy and younger, did you cut your hair? Maybe is the lighting, you look different in a good way!
Anyway, the pork looks fantastic! I only eat pork when I go visit my family in Mexico, so I will definitely print this recipe so my mom can make it! it looks delicious!!!
@marissatorr I love clam chowder! However, being in Bolivia right now makes it very hard. We are landlocked and getting clams would not be an easy chore. I promise I will make it next time I am in the USA. Thanks for coming by!
@jcrefasi1 I am kind of a freak when it comes to spiciness so, no, you do not need that much cayenne. In fact you can omit it all together if you would like! Thanks so much for watching!
@dignansgirl Absolutely. Just make sure you have a heavy bottom as it will cook for a long time. Also, make sure all the handles are oven proof. Thanks for watching!
OMG, Mary Ann, where do you come up with all these wonderful recipes? I can't wait to get to the grocery store. Being single, I love these recipes that you can use for several different things.
