  • i feel a real hapiness.

  • @TheBruinsFan17. I feel the same way. Movies and music were so different then. I a son and I don't let him listen to any of the music or watch the showsof today. We watch the old show on here or on Me Tv. He loves The Dick Van Dyke Show and I Love Lucy.

  • I'm 26... and I was born in the wrong era. this is just so cool to me... I'm sad that I missed living in this time.

  • two heroes :-D

  • Excellent video, and outstanding performance by Peggy, In my opinion, the best version of this song.

  • She was,she is,and will always be the GREAT Peggy Lee

  • great classic! good choice

  • peggy looking so beautiful. another gem. thank you.

  • Do we know what TV show that is from, and the year? (I imagine color videotape was still in its infancy at the time.) Thank you- this rocks!!

  • @mca1218 this is from a concert on The Hollywood Palace and Bing was the host.. Peggy sang "What is a woman" and "Its seems like old time" you can find that video on youtube

  • And, of course, it's also in the DVD documentary "Fever: The Music of Peggy Lee." Before the DVD was released, the documentary was shown on American TV (PBS channel). The TV version had one difference from the DVD: Peggy was seen singing "The Doodlin' Song" not only with Bing but also with Dino. The 2 segments were cleverly sequenced, like a medley. Sadly, the Dean Martin segment was cut from the DVD, probably due to some copyright problems. But the Bing segment is great all by itself anyway!

  • If you type "peggy lee it seems like old times" in SEARCH, you will be able to see the other clip mentioned by The Jazz Street. The year is 1968.
