Since your knowledge of SL TV seems to be quite meagre, let's start from the very beginning. Do you know of a state TV channel called 'Rupavahini'? Well you should. Go ask mummy if you don't. Around 10 years ago Rupavahini expanded, and their 2nd channel is called 'Eye'. You see the yellow logo on the top left hand corner that reads 'Eye'?
