Dude, it the best they can do! For General grievous It gonna be hard to spin a lightsaber if you made the costume perfect. If you are still not satisfied then maybe you should go to the future and they will make a robot!!!!!!!!!!!
Not necesary man, there´s a Doc Octopus costume were he has a life size spiderman traped in his tentacles, the spining blades is posible, but it will cost a lot, but not imposible, before the spining blades the next step are the 4 arms, THEN think on those.

that grievous suit is pure awesomeand ingenious too, the cape hides the person so that all you see is the costume elements rather than the person
