Got tight hips and such so thought about these. Just finished a circuit of 6 of them with 45sec rest intervals followed by light weight front squats practicing technique.
Joe, I have a question about these drills..I have the Parisi speed school DVD and it has loads of these kind of drills and such but do I do these before my workouts or on off days..I bought it and I don't know why I should be doing them. Thanks

How many circuits of this would you do. What is this type drill recommended for? Good for warm up on squat day?
