While I agree with your statements in general, two of these things are almost certainly NEVER going to happen.

First, on the subject of sex scenes; IF Lionhead were to implement this, it would most likely be, at best, showing the wife (or husband, if you swing that way)'s chest, and possibly backside (think Mass Effect). Anything more would mean an AO rating, and a drastic drop in sales.

Secondly, on Dragons: Dragons are, essentially, extinct in Albion; the Old Kingdom knights killed them.
