Great video, Alamo. I agree with you wholeheartedly. What we are dealing with is slander of the body. You say below that slander can be repented of and it can. The problem is that the main perpetrator of this slander has NEVER repented of ANY of it. That is why I think that ChristoferL is wrong for embracing YokeUp because he is enabeling him in his sin rather than reproving it.
BTW, Isn't it funny that on the eve of everyone shunning Jeff that the death threats come out?
@BudManInChrist hya Bud. I think hes apologised to chrisL. He actually hasnt slandered me at all. but I know many within the body have been badly hurt. Good to hear your comments Bud
I agree with your point of view. The way I see it is, you are a minister of Christ, when you are acting Christ like. Some put on this "YOKE" and think they are transformed and perfected. The problem is, most confuse the 'yoke' with the stocks they used to restrain prisoners with in the public square. The yoke was not placed on the beast to punish, subdue, or to restrain it, but to rightly divide and distribute the burden to make its workload more tolerable and productive.
Secondly I feel when you accept this gift Matt.11:29 you don't necessarily alter the course of your life, as some mistakenly do. As a pastor I have a lot of respect for puts it. "When you put that yoke on, it doesn't automatically mean go preach, most times it means go plow." Transform your life, by becoming an example of Christ's love, kindness,forgiveness and compassion. Not perfected, but transformed by the guidance you now have in oneness with Christ.
hya smoky,... "I feel most distant from the Jesus I see punching people out". Remember, you are seeing a reflection, and sometimes reflections can be distorted. Thanks for putting the question out in the video. take care buddy

Good video. Its slander that has torn the Christian community apart.

@tumbleweedsback

Thats a Jesus that makes sense to me, and im sure others also.
I am not saying I completely know every detail of this Jesus, but then again I do not feel all that distant from Him either.
I feel most distant from the Jesus I see punching people out and am thankful for that.
Thanks for the video reply.
