I noticed a few things from far I would speed up and make sure things on time which is the stacker. The timer on the turning should increase a little more knowing that you running at high speed.
I remember when I used to run this machine to 21000 pieces per hour consistently, I'm impressed to see the changes in the machine from 950 to 1150. Great job
