  • What a sleeper lol

  • hows it on gas mileage, ive got a 94 4x4 full size blazer im thinking off doing the same thing too.

  • ahhh. ahem... blah. not liking the truck my friend

  • Ain't related to the engine, but what wheels are those?

  • Port injectors?

  • what is the fuel advantages compared to a carbureted motor? just marginal or..

  • If you can keep your foot out of it (and depending on the power difference between the two motors) you can have alot better gas mileage.

  • are you able to give a rough estimate :) in %.. with an identical car with a 350, 350hp carbureted engine ofc.

    thx for the response allanon

  • I'm sorry but I never did check my gas milage on my old 350 motor so I could compare it to my new one. I honestly can't give you any actual numbers to go by, sorry. My best advice would be a little research, maybe someone else who's purchased one would know more than I.

  • Hmmm.

It's nice, but I prefer the sound of a schneider cam, and the look of a hilborn 8 stack.

  • Im thinking of one of these for my 2003 Sierra.

  • yeah... pretty much this video has convinced me that i need one of this boy's for my 83 elcamino

  • hey do ya thinks this would be a good engine for a stock 87 iroc-z camaro originaly with a 305tpi? would this be a easier engine to install then a carb? how much do u think it would be parts and labor. srry im 12 i dont now that much. dont ya think i could kill a new gt stang. thx nice truck!

  • I think it would be a good upgrade from the 305. As far as how much it would be parts and labor I purchased my motor for $5600 and that included delivery to a local dealer. My best guess as far as the motor with labor would be roughly around $8000 (but just a guess, my motor was installed by my brother and myself).

  • where was this video taken?..that road looks familiar.

  • I have a 1984 chevy k20 and was thinking about dropping a ramjet 350 in that. The truck is every thing but stock. Too much to list. Anyways what all goes into dropping one of these puppies. They say they are pretty easy to install but what are some of the misc. items that i will need to complete. I have a custom built TH400 tranny will this trans work or do you need an electronic controlled tranny. their are no computer contolled devices in this truck as far as engine and drivetrane

  • Actually its rather easy to install. Just needs power, oil, and a good fuel pump. Don't forget to run a return line for the fuel rails. Aside from that its pretty much plug and play.

  • We couldn't put the old alternator bracket on due to the new intake so we got some a new billet alternator bracket, also needed a place to put the MAT sensor (one wasn't provided) so the Air Raid cold air intake solved that problem and created another one....couldn't mount the old fan blade. Hence the electric fans. All in all good upgrades, more HP :D.
