  • John Vause's comment on Chinese leadership has no direct connection with this event. Oh god, what a joke

  • he is a "kind man" only for han chinese. not for tibetans

  • @pinoko1311

they're better of with him than the slave owner Dali Lama..

  • @pinoko1311

I'm pretty sure Dalai Lama owned slaves when he was the ruler of Tibet.

  • 天灾真的越来越多越来越频密了,看来人类真的要被老天爷灭绝了

  • ok thank you 4485lob and 923forever

and warset you've all answerd my question thank you

  • Why did I get a mince 1 for my question up there I was just asking who had more power according to the constituion! Jerks

  • Hi man. Hu Jintao is the leader of the party and the army. Wen is the leader of the government. Generally speaking, Hu has more power then Wen.

  • thank you very much

but user "warset" has cleared it up for me

    but thanks for replying

  • yes, they do

  • who has more power Jiabao or Hu Jintao?

I'm just wondering because it's always confused me is the prime minster (Jiabao) seen to have more power than the president (Hu) by the constitution of the PRC

  • Hu Jintao has more power.. heres the ranking in the current chinese government

    1) Hu Jintao is: the head of the state, the head of the central communist party, the head of the central military committee (president)

2)Wu Bangguo is the chairman of the national people's congress (Chairman of the NPC)

3)Wen Jiabao is the head of the state politburo (premier)

  • Note: though premier is legally ranked as number 3, through out the political history of PRC, premiers always had more actual power and were more important than the Chairman of the NPC, so basically the position is the second most power position, after president (or the paramount leader)

  • oh thank you very much

  • ok thank you very much!

You've cleard it up for me

  • both have power but in different areas and in diff situations

  • He is the one,he is China's leader.

  • China can be glad with this man!

I hope, the once following President will be as humane as Wen.

  • i pray for that everyday..I hope the next president and premier will be just like them

  • He touched my heart the woman said...!he also touching my heart when I saw this clip...!

  • We salute you, Mr. Wen.

  • We all love you!
