disregarding other bias opinions this amv was good but i suggest pairing up better songs and animes.

disturbed + code geass = good idea

but

indestructible + lelouch = not as good as it could have been...

i'm not try to de-moralize just saying look at the lyrics, most of the lyrics don't fit the anime. as much as i like both of these (the song and the anime) i would refrain from putting the two together.

other than that i though this was a great AMV and the person has talent!

Awesome anime, awesome song. The two were meant for each other and you put them together in just a perfect way so that it came out at its best. My only problem was the dubbed voices at the end. The original Japanese voice actor's voices fit much better, and would have made for a better ending. But even with that one little flaw, this is still an absolutely amazing video. 5/5 Liked and Favorited.

By the way, I know I'm portraying Suzaku in a flattering light, he IS an amazing character just like the overwhelming majority of the cast after all, but I greatly prefer Lelouch and C.C.

I never ship characters, by the way. I instead try to make an educated guess on what the creator's final choice will be. Lelouch had me baffled though, until the end when the answer became obvious. Plus L.L. and C.C. made no sense due to immortality issues.

@sporerie C.C. would have to die, or Lelouch's Father (take his code, that is). The only problem is that he can't really get his father's code since he's trapped (or dead already) in the world of the gods. So yeah, C.C. would have to die for Lelouch to become L.L.

@xXXSouloftheStormXXx: Logically, you're correct. Thankfully, our minds are illogical things! It was the fact that Suzaku CHOSE for there to be only one way forward--winning. Retreat was impossible because his conscience wouldn't allow it. So, his geis to "live" became more complex, essentially "live by winning." Literally EVERYTHING his mind and body had was focused on winning. Suzaku grabbed hold of his fate and followed it his own way.

@tdogg4575 Deathnote was a little predictable. I think the reason we all liked code geass is because, it took the path Deathnote did not. Lelouch was seen as a criminal, but instead of killing every in his path to ascend to a demi-god, he killed everyone in his path to make the world a better place. He was uncorrupted by power, where as Light was consumed by his lust for power.

@theDrache Actually, you couldn't be more wrong about predictability in the case of death note. Have you ever heard of Columbus's egg?

Lelouch had tinges of corruption throughout the series, borderlining right and wrong at several points. Light was originally a much more noble and straight minded person than lelouch, but as soon as he realised the implications of the death note he was consumed. Lelouch was not of pure mind originally, admitting Nunally was mainly an excuse for him.

hell no. Suzaku may have made sense in a different way, but not by geass

Suzaku would have made sense with his geis of geass, though other aspects may work better. Lelouch sent Suzaku's sense of self-preservation into high gear, and that includes the fight-or-flight response. Suzaku chose to never allow fleeing to be an option, so he always fought with the adrenaline of a cornered rat--and all the physical advantages that entails. He never hesitated because that would mean death, which literally wasn't an option. Course, even then Kallen ended up winning.
