I feel what you are saying. Because right now my son's father current girl.Not me this other girl..He has told me many times that she has been getting hit on by other guys and everything.But then I know how her mouth is.And my son's father has even hit her a few times.the issue is why she keep getting into these relationships when she know why she is getting hit. And its all because of her mouth. And my son's father said he is tired of arguing and hitting people so I told him then wont u leave.

how have you learned how to cope w. your anger?

i'm still learning. i still find myself sabatoging things when they get too deep with/because of my anger. its a daily process. some days i think i need to look into therapy, others i'm good.. the one thing that i have learned helps me is i started actively looking at my triggers- and i force myself to just shut up when one happens so i can relax a little and (hopefully) have a healthier reaction. not 100% on that- but working on it.

Good Message, Abuse is not related to love.. A man that hits a woman is a punk/BULLY. Fighting is for your enemies, not the ones you love... walk away. Ladies dont be provoking a man either, its not always the man doing the abusing.
