(cont'd) but as Christians, what harm is there in including all faiths into your salutation by not excluding them by screaming that it's all about your holiday. All the talk of the decorations and the trees being Christmas 'this' and Christmas 'that' makes Christians look bad. Why? B/c the many of the symbols (the tree, the yule log, etc) are actually pagan symbols and our holiday was/is a pagan holiday. Just look it up, it's not a bad thing, just stop pretending it's exclusively yours.

@maj1216 This isn't about including other faiths (notwithstanding that we recognize Haunakah and Kwaanza this time of year, anyway). It's about crybaby atheists and skeptics, trying to whitewash this country's Judeo-Christian heritage from history.

Christmas is a FEDERAL HOLIDAY, and its constitutionality has been upheld in court. So, we can have Nativity in the public square during this season. Our kids can sing song that actually mention CHRIST (like this one) in public schools.

Saying 'Happy Holidays' doesn't just mean political correctness. This faux ideology that there's some 'war on Christmas' and that they're trying to take 'Christ out of Christmas' has gone overboard for the past 7 or so years, thanks to Fox News. It used to be so innocent to just wish someone a Happy Holidays, because it meant you were wishing them a joyful season that included Christmas and New Years for those whom were of the Christian faith.

Oh, this is beautiful. I used to love to listen to this as a small child growing up, so for me this brings back cherished and golden memories.

Hey, I wish i had found this years ago. This tune got lots of airplay in Chicago back in the 1990s, but when I bought it on her Xmas CD, it was edited short....they sliced off that killer closing.
