The Professor played this hand well, no regrets wahtsoever.

You should never push pre with AK in a deep-stacked high stakes cash game, neither can Howard profitably fold getting 3.5 - 1 on his money.

So calling the 5-bet preflop is basically forced.

Postflop he played it very solid and did not lose any more money after failing to connect. He lost the absolute minimum, what more can you ask for from a poker pro?
