@cinnamonbuntail It is called Manitoba flour and it's ideal for bread making because it has a high gluten content, which makes it rise better. So, you should use right that one, but if you can't find it try to substitute with the all purpose one

Holy shit,my rolls taste nothing but like yeast *lol* They taste not like milk or chocolate or raisins but like yeast. And they are sooo tiny :-D
