I always use after run oil, it apparently didn't help for this engine

My local hobby shop sent it back to Graupner, Germany.
They don't claim it runned lean, but they say it was completely rusted.
That's weird, because I always let the engine run dry after a day of flying, so there's no methanol in the engine when I store it at home.
And the engine never stood still for longer than one week.
It was a warranty claim so I got a new engine for free that runs fantastic on my Kyosho Pitts now.
